Amanda Tabor

Born in: El Paso, Texas

Performances and Distinctions: Soloist at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University; Artist in Residence at the Silicon Valley Music Festival in 2012 and 2013, and at the Dartington International Summer School in Devon, England, 2008.  Performances in the New York Area including the Garden State Philharmonic and Chamberlain Brass Quintet. Dr. Tabor was the recipient of a Fellowship award for Pierre Boulez’s Lucerne Festival Academy in 2005.  She has served as University Orchestra Coach at SUNY Stonybrook, and has also taught at New York University.
